We are the body of Christ, each created in God’s imaged and created for a purpose. We all have unique interests and gifts that we can use to glorify God while blessing others. Here are just a few of the opportunities to get involved at Clen-Moore. For more on outreach, we have numerous mission opportunities as well.

Men’s Ministry

Men’s ministry meets twice a month, September through June. Men of all ages gather to share their spiritual journey, listen to guest speakers, go on outings, share meals, enjoy Bible study, participate in ministry projects, uplift one another in prayer and share fellowship.

Women of Faith

“Women of Faith” – the women’s Bible study group – meets every other Wednesday at 7 PM to share stories, prayer and Bible study. It is a great opportunity to be encouraged and to gain insight into God’s will for your life. We invite all women to come have a cup of tea and join us on our journeys of faith. Babysitting will be provided if needed.

Health Ministries Team

We fully believe that Christ came to give us life to the full — body, mind, and spirit. The church has been a place of healing through the ages, and Jesus calls us to this ministry through Scripture. We invite you to join this group as we minister to those who are facing various health battles.

1-2-1 Mentoring

1-2-1 Mentoring is a ministry we’ve been a part of for years, formerly known as Big Brothers/Big Sisters. We meet with our Littles twice a month, sharing in good times of food, fun, friendship and faith. We have been blessed to build individual relationships with our Littles, and also as a group and with some family members of our Littles.

Prime Timers

The Prime Timers meet Tuesday mornings at 9:30 AM in Fellowship Hall for a time of Bible study and digging deeper into faith. (During the Summer months we move to the Hutchinson Center at Pearson Park) Current membership comprises men and women, aged 55+, from over 20 different churches in the community.

Caring Friends

Caring Friends is made possible through the donations of people in our church. Many people in the church are involved in making soup, baking cookies, rolls or breads and making candies. These are distributed by members who visit those who have recently returned home from the hospital or people in nursing homes.

G4 – God’s Good Ol’ Gals and Guys

This is a multi-task organization. They are church members who help with odd jobs (small repairs, turn a screw, or rake leaves). They have taken people to doctor’s appointments, read to those unable to read their mail, etc. If you know of anyone who could benefit from this ministry, please contact the Church Office.
